smjl conducts KYC verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS card, or UMID card) and may be asked to provide proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership. smjl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed at the point of deposit within the player's account dashboard. smjl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All transactions on the smjl platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the applicable payment provider, which is beyond smjl's control.
smjl does not accept deposits made from third-party payment accounts or bank accounts not registered in the player's own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be refunded to the originating account and the depositing player's account may be reviewed for compliance.
Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed smjl's KYC verification process in full. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed in a pending queue until verification is finalised.

smjl applies a return-to-source policy where practicable: withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not technically feasible, smjl will direct withdrawals to an alternative verified payment method in the player's name.
Funds derived from bonus credits are only eligible for withdrawal once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. The smjl account dashboard displays real-time wagering progress for all active bonuses. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings.

Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the smjl platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the smjl platform without express written authorisation from smjl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, smjl's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the smjl platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
smjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data; service interruptions or platform unavailability; technical malfunctions beyond smjl's reasonable control; or actions taken by third-party payment providers.
The smjl platform is provided "as is" and "as available." smjl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any game offered therein.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
